Family run winery that has been around for over two centuries! Honoring tradition while focusing on biodiversity in the vineyard grows olives, cherries and peaches along with herbal plants. The wine is aged in neutral barrels made of acacia wood that grows on the edge of the vineyard.
A 'petite orange' with only a few days of maceration. Light to medium body, nose is loaded with stone fruits and zest. On the palate it's got a touch of salinity and tons of minerality.
