Sauce of the Month - The "Not Classic" Chimichurri

A take on a true classic for almost any protein or veggie. Using parsley, scallions, and other herbs and spices, this is anything but the classic chimichurri. 

A true fresh sauce that should be used as soon as possible, however at first taste we doubt that should be a problem.
